After 25 years of nursing, I founded to your health because I recognize the need for a personalized approach to health and nutrition, now more than ever!
Throughout my career, I have helped patients manage their diabetes, heart disease, gut health, chronic inflammation and more.
I have worked with the American Heart Association to provide heart health education to healthcare professionals.
I have consulted with corporations to design successful wellness programs for employees and their families.
