How much do your services cost?

During your Complimentary Initial Session, we will review your goals and the program components that would best meet your needs.  Because everything we do is customized for you, your lifestyle and where you are in your health journey, there is not a set price for a single program.


Ugh, I've tried so many diets! How is this program different?

We get it!  So many of us have tried and failed at fad diets and generic online programs.  The bottom line is those programs are not personalized for you, your lifestyle, your challenges and your goals.  Those programs are not sustainable in the long run and often leave you feeling frustrated and discouraged.  


We've shared a lot about what we do, but here are some thing we DON'T DO at to your health: 


  • NO One-size-fits-all nutrition, exercise & wellness plans
  • NO Restrictive diet rules
  • NO Calorie counting
  • NO Pre-packaged meals, powders or snacks 
  • NO Supplements or weight loss medications


Since Linda is a Nurse Coach, does she provide medical information/advice?

No, to your health coaching services are not intended or implied to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Always work with your physician on medical related topics. 


In working with a registered nurse health coach/nutritionist, you will benefit from the nurse’s years of related experience and education; the nurse health coach focuses on your overall health, disease prevention and health management of existing chronic conditions, such as diabetes and heart disease.   


Working with a nurse health coach can also help reduce personal healthcare costs by helping to avoid costly future medical treatments, procedures and medications.  


There's so much information out there; how do you know what is legitimate and what will work for me?

You're right, it is confusing.  You are bombarded with information every day from the $62 billion personal health industry telling you what to eat, drink and do:  


DO 10,000 STEPS PER DAY - NO SUGAR - TAKE VITAMINS  - DO HIIT - EAT A PLANT BASED  DIET - GET 8 HOURS SLEEP - DECREASE STRESS - CHANGE YOUR GUT HEALTH - DO INTERMITTENT FASTING - NO CARBS - DRINK KOMBUCHA - DO PALEO - DO RESISTANCE TRAINING - EAT HIGH PROTEIN - DRINK 8 GLASSES OF WATER PER DAY - DRINK APPLE CIDER VINEGAR - EAT KALE - ETC!!!!


At to your health, we will answer all your questions and provide information on what is proven by scientific research and what is pure hype. 


Is 'to your health' funded or supported by any food or health product companies?

No, at to your health we do not endorse any products, foods, supplements, etc.  At times, we may suggest a product based on our personal experience, however we do not receive compensation of any kind from outside organizations. 


I live in Tenessee. How do you provide cooking classes, if we live in different states?

For our local clients, we offer in-person grocery shopping, cooking classes and make-ahead food prep sessions.  With the help of ZOOM, facetime, etc., we provide similar services to our remote clients.  By planning the details based on the meals being prepared, we can easily make it work and have some fun doing it!  


I have 2 kids and my partner and I travel for work. How can this program work for us?

Family, work and travel are all part of a crazy busy life!  That's where the customization comes in ... we will address each of these issues and find ways to save time on meal planning and make-ahead meal prep, do our best to ensure everyone in your family likes the food choices, share strategies for how to eat healthy when traveling for work or even family vacations.
